Hi there! We are Yuki and Andy. We opened Yuki Luxury Japanese Headspa as a peaceful retreat where you can truly unwind and feel cared for. At our new Pasadena location, every treatment is designed to relax your mind, restore your body, and leave your hair and scalp feeling revitalized. For duo or trio bookings or wanting to book outside of regular hours please contact us at (202)-670-8335 or email us at reservations@yukiluxuryheadspa.com For morning bookings please select Jazmynn Jelks as your provider For the safety and well-being of all guests, services cannot be provided if there are visible signs of scalp or hair conditions or medical disorders, including but not limited to seborrheic dermatitis, ringworm, folliculitis, or psoriasis. Additionally, services cannot be performed on clients with hair extensions, including braids, micro-links, or sew-ins. Please be aware each credit card transaction has a 3.6% fee. In order to avoid such fees we accept Venmo, Zelle or cash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Deposit Policy To secure your appointment at Yuki Luxury Japanese Headspa, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit: This secures your appointment and will be applied toward your service during check out. Cancellations: Please notify us at 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Deposits will not be refunded and a 50% of the service fee will be collected for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or for missed appointments. We know that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and if anything comes up, just let us know so we can work it out. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so grateful you’ve chosen us.
